Term and Condition

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the www.hederahelixartelier.com website (“Website”), “HederaHelix” Studio and any of their related products and services (collectively, “product”, “item”, “good”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and HederaHelixIllustration (“HederaHelix”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and may not access and use the Services. By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and HederaHelixIllustration, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Services.

HEDERAHELIX OPERATES FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM, USES GREENWICH MEAN TIME (GMT) DURING STANDARD TIME AND BRITISH SUMMER TIME (BST) DURING DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME (DST), OR SUMMER TIME. PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS FOR HEDERAHELIX TO RESPOND AND ADDRESS YOUR ISSUE.

 
  • You shall pay all fees or charges to your purchase order form after HederaHelix fully disclosed order details in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. All customers must use their own card or purchase with their parents/spouse’s consent (written consent and any further document e.g. photo ID might be required if either HederaHelix or our contracted payment processor/merchant bank suspect fraudulent transaction. ) If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, your transaction may be cancelled.

    HederaHelix reserves the right to change products and product pricing at any time. HederaHelix also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. HederaHelix may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer name, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, HederaHelix may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

  • Occasionally there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to promotions and offers. HederaHelix reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Services or Services is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). HederaHelix undertakes no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Services including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the Services should be taken to indicate that all information on the Services or Services has been modified or updated.

  • The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of United Kingdom without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of United Kingdom. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in United Kingdom, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

    Further to the legislative requirement, HederaHelix also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

    Being a customer placing order with us, you must agree to always reach out to HederaHelix via sales_hederahelix@outlook.com , allowing 24 hours for us to respond and resolve your stated issue before filling in dispute to place chargebacks via bank/credit card provider.

    Failing to comply with this requirement will take away the opportunity for HederaHelix to investigate and address your issue. It could also cause severe damage to small business. Therefore HederaHelix reserves the right to ban customer from all further access to our designs and products by not providing payable invoice.

  • Claims for damage or loss in transit will be met provided the goods are signed for on receipt as either ‘damaged’ or ‘unexamined’ and HederaHelix are informed at once and confirmed in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

    Damaged goods must be retained for inspection. Returned goods should be clearly marked with the senders name and address. Please take photographs where possible and forward to HederaHelix at sales_hederahelix@outlook.com within 24 hours upon receiving parcel.

    HederaHelix liability is limited to the selling price of the goods in all cases.

    Untracked Courier Service

    HederaHelix requires all of collectible items to be delivered via tracked shipping due to their high value.

    In case of specifically requested untracked shipping, HederaHelix will mark order status as delivered after proof of shipping is provided. HederaHelix will not be responsible for any lost shipping delivered by untracked services.

    Tracking Status showed “Delivered”

    HederaHelix does not operate courier service, therefore HederaHelix cannot be held responsible for lost item if tracking status shows delivered. Customer will not receive refund or re-shipment.

    However, HederaHelix will try to reduce your loss:

    If customer assist HederaHelix to dispute with courier service, any claim proceeding HederaHelix receives deduct the original shipping cost will be forwarded to customer.

    Customer receives =Claim - Occurred shipping cost

    If there is in hand spares remaining, customer can receive 50% off price for replacement purchase.

    Tracking indicates lost in transit

    Customer will receive refund or reshipment under condition of assisting HederaHelix to dispute with courier

    Lost item due to wrongly provided recipient information will not be refunded or be replaced.

    All parcels will be posted from United Kingdom.

    Unexpected factors such as pandemic, custom delay, geopolitical issues are not within control of HederaHelix.

    Normal transit and custom delay may take up to 30 days. Do not panic if it occurs, and always reach out to sales_hederahelix@outlook.com

  • A Grade/Standard Grade

    Minor flaws:

    Minor marks in the metal or enamel (smaller than 0.5mm, less than 3 spots)

    Tiny imperfections in screen-printed details (smaller than 1mm, less than 3 spots)

    Special effect pins might show signs of the effect’s texture (i.e. tiny air bubbles or bumps in transparent enamel, sandblast, semi-transparent enamel, cutout transparent enamel/epoxy; grain texture in glow powders and glitters)

    Screen-printed details overlaps metal

    Tiny dusts or scratches

    Minor under-filling in non-central parts of design

    Minor offsets in screen-printed details

    Small darkened debris mixed in glitter

    Items with the above minor flaws are considered as normal with handcrafted items, therefore, are not considered as faulty items.

    B Grade/Second Grade

    Under-filled areas

    Large specs of dust or paint

    Small paint smudges

    Small areas with the wrong colour fill

    Scratches in screen-printed details

    Severe overlapping of screen-printed details onto metal outlines, to the point where the outlines are no longer visible

    Multiple imperfections in the metal, such as scratches, overfilling, tarnish and more.

    One or two bubbles/bumps in enamel

    Large cracks along the edges of the enamel filling

    Large dark specs in glitter

    Items with the above flaws are considered as normal B Grade items, therefore, are not considered as faulty items if you have ordered B Grade.

    C Grade/Salvage Grade

    Large areas of underfilled,overfilled or missing enamel

    Tarnished, dented or scratched metal

    Large areas of the wrong colour enamel

    Large chips, scratches, holes or cracks in the enamel

    Glow in the dark effect fail to work

    Large areas of missing glitters

    Misplaced, heavily scratched or distorted screen-print

    Large areas of dust, hair or spot in the enamel

    Mildly loose back posts

    Items with the above flaws are considered as normal C Grade items, therefore, are not considered as faulty items if you have ordered C Grade.

  • HederaHelix reserves the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided.

    An updated version of this Agreement will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Agreement unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement (or such other act specified at that time) will constitute your consent to those changes.

  • You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Services.

    This agreement alongside our Cancellation and Refund policy will be readdressed in all of HederaHelix’s purchase order form and pre-invoicing negotiation.
